Al-Malahim, an al-Qaeda terrorist organization, recently released a one-hour interview with its leader, Abu al-Muqaddad al-Kandi (Khalid Batarfi), on the Arabian Peninsula.
According to a report this morning (Saturday) on Al-Mayadin, the al-Qaeda leader acknowledged:
Our role in the war against the Houthis is obvious and no one can deny it.
While the Saudi coalition has always tried to deny any connection with al-Qaeda and ask for help from this terrorist organization, Khalid Batrifi stated:
We took part in the war against the Houthis on 11 fronts.
The Al-Malahim Institute, which has published only specific excerpts from the al-Qaeda leader's remarks, has announced that other excerpts of his remarks will be published later.
The report comes as Yemeni Armed Forces spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sari repeatedly said that the Saudi coalition and the al-Qaeda terrorist organization were cooperating in the fight against Sanaa forces.
