Friday, 12 November 2021 (YJC)_ In a phone conversation with his Emirati counterpart, Iranian Foreign Minister international and regional developments were discussed.
In a phone conversation with his Emirati counterpart Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian discussed the international and regional developments and ways to develop bilateral ties.
“Relations between Tehran and the United Arab Emirates are of special importance, improvement in our relations will lead to full developments of mutual cooperation,” he said.
Amir-Abdollahian also referred to the JCPOA talks and said “We are ready to reach a good agreement and believe that both sides must return to full compliance with their commitments.”
For his part, his Emirati counterpart talked about problems the two countries are facing on the way of boosting bilateral trade, and announced that experts from two countries are finding a way to tackle these problems.
He Finally, invited Amir Abdollahian to pay an official visit to UAE and also Iranian Foreign minister invited his counterpart to visit Iran.
