Tuesday, 9 November 2021 (YJC)_ In an interview with a Zionist newspaper, the Swedish Prime Minister supported the revival of the nuclear deal and called the US unilateral withdrawal from it a "big mistake."
According to the Zionist newspaper Haaretz, Swedish Prime Minister Stephen Luffen said in an exclusive interview with the newspaper about the revival of the nuclear deal:
We think it is important to do whatever it takes to ensure that Iran does not acquire nuclear weapons, to continue negotiations, and to agree on how to revive the JCPOA. It will not be easy, but violating the agreement was a big mistake.
On so-called human rights issues about Iran, Luffon said:
We are clear with Iran on issues of human rights, equality and freedom of expression. We are clear with all countries in this regard. We have no hesitation in saying what we think, but we want Iran to develop democratically, and this is best done through dialogue, trade and exchange. We need to balance these issues not only in Iran but also in other countries.
