Sunday, 7 November 2021 (YJC)_ Regarding the failed theft of an Iranian oil tanker, the IRGC's political deputy said: "The Americans were surprised by the IRGC's helibern in piracy."
In an interview with Tasnim, Sardar Yadollah Javani, the political deputy of the Revolutionary Guards, analyzed the story of the failed theft of an Iranian oil tanker and said:
The recent US move was a desperate move.
He added:
The Americans, along with their agents, sought to steal oil, prevent oil sales, implement the sanctions project, and humiliate the Iranian people, but were surprised, as the IRGC navy cleverly captured Operation Heliberne on its tanker and guided the ship to the waters of the Islamic Republic.
The political deputy of the Revolutionary Guards stated:
After the surprise, the Americans threatened Iran and activated their military units to prevent the ship from reaching the shores of Iranian waters, but their project failed.
He noted that with the recent action, another failure was recorded in the record of all American failures and another honor was achieved for the Iranian nation:
The Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic are powerful and capable in defending the rights of the Iranian people and have a serious will to protect national interests.
Sardar Javani reminded that the will of the nation to fight arrogance is strong and they do not tolerate any aggression and we have the ability to respond to a threat, he noted:
For the last 43 years, the people have shown well that they have not felt any fear in the face of the enemy and have relied on divine power while believing in themselves.
