Wednesday, 3 November 2021 (YJC)_ The spokesman of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad praised the opposition of the residents of alShaykh Jarah neighborhood of Quds to the deception policy of the Zionist regime to compensate for the confiscation of its lands and emphasized that alShaykh Jarah has become the front line in defending Palestine.
Tariq Izz al-Din, spokesman for the Islamic Jihad in the West Bank, said residents of the alShaykh Jarah neighborhood are leading pioneers in countering the Judaization of Jerusalem and the front line of defending the holy sites.
According to Al-Ahd, in a news statement, Izz al-Din praised and stressed the position of the people of alShaykh Jarah neighborhood in front of the Zionist regime's courts and their opposition to any solution of these courts:
Our people in Jerusalem are the first line of defense of the land and sanctuaries of Palestine against the policy of confiscation and Judaization.
This Islamic Jihad official emphasized:
The decision of the people of alShaykh Jarah is a national and religious decision and arises from the belonging of this nation to its land and homeland, despite all the deceptive policies of the occupying regime.
He emphasized:
Our compatriots in Jerusalem are at the tip of the arrow in the face of the occupier regime's plans to displace and oppress the Palestinian people, and have shown that no matter how much the occupier regime commits crimes against the children of the Palestinian people, the Palestinian people owe their right to adhere to their land.
The spokesman for Islamic Jihad concluded by calling for increased Arab and Islamic efforts to support the resistance of the people of Quds in defending the holy sites.
