Tuesday, 2 November 2021 (YJC)_ Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman reacted to the recent remarks of a republican senator and said that he admits that the US government is “rouge”.
Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh reacted to the recent twitter message from US Senator, Ted Cruz, and said it is acknowledging the cruelty of US administration.
Cruz had written on his twitter page that any future Republican president would again "tear up" the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran.
Saeed Khatibzadeh wrote on his twitter account “The world is acutely aware of what Mr. Cruz confesses: that regimes in Washington are rogue.”
He went on to add that “Onus is on @POTUS to convince int'l community—incl all JCPOA participants—that his signature means something. For that, "objective guarantees" needed. No one would accept anything less.”
Previously, yesterday, Saeed Khatibzadeh criticized the US administration for its cruel sanctions and economic war against Iran and said the talks between two countries would be inconceivable until the removal of the sanctions.
Prior to that, Iranian Vice-President for Economic Affairs Mohsen Rezaei blasted the US for sanctions and economic war against Iran while comparing it with the world’s great dictators and said that “Iran has clearly shown through nuclear deal that it is not looking for a war, whether military or economic” and noted “What we seek is the progress, of our own country and of the whole world.”
