According to Novosti News Agency, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement, noting that Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett had recently visited Russia:
We are planning to hold talks with the leadership of the Palestinian Authority.
The ministry continued its statement by emphasizing:
Russia has launched a practical initiative to hold a quadripartite, international ministerial meeting with the Arab League to resolve the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
The ministry added:
Our proposal to hold a Palestinian-Israeli summit in Moscow also stands.
