Thursday, 28 October 2021 (YJC)_ Head of Iranian Red Crescent Society announced that the 32nd batch of COVID-19 vaccine was imported into the country.
Head of Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) Karim Hemmati announced that the 32nd batch of COVID-19 vaccine was imported into the country on Thursday.
“Today, a 6 mln doses of Sinopharm vaccine were imported by the Iranian Red Crescent Society and it was handed over to the Ministry of Health and Medical Education,” he said.
Further he noted that “In the past six months society has made all its effort to import the COVID-19 vaccine into the country and responsible officials and organizations tried their best to meet domestic demand for this vaccine.”
IRCS head finally announced that the total number of doses of imported COVID-19 vaccine is 106,390,000.
