Wednesday, 27 October 2021 (YJC)_ Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister had a meeting with EU’s foreign policy chief in Brussels.
Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Ali Bagheri Kani met with EU Foreign Policy Chief Enrique Mora in Brussels on Wednesday.
According to the reports “this meeting was held at the EU building in Brussels and behind closed doors.”
In a series of tweets on his Twitter account, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs announce that he will meet jcpoa coordinator in Brussels on Wednesday and the aim of the meeting is to continue talks on result-oriented negotiations.”
“To be engaged in negotiations that would remove unlawful and cruel sanctions is our determination, while secure normalization of trade & economic relations is among other issues we have in our mind,” he wrote.
He went on to say that “Now, the question is if our partners are ready to fulfill their commitments an calling out the non-participant violator to divorce from the past malign policies.”
Finally, he stressed that is the failed maximum pressure policy continues its way, no obstacle will be removed and it will add more to already existing negotiations’ complexities.”
