Russia's Defense Ministry will deploy new communications systems at Kant Air Base in Kyrgyzstan and at Tajikistan's 201st military base.
With the agreement and approval of the program of delivery of new communication systems to Russian military bases in Central Asia, the possibility of reliable communication and transmission of digital information in the territory of Central Asia will soon be implemented. This technology will enable data exchange even with the most remote areas of the region.
It is worth noting that the renovation of Kant base is planned for next year, which in addition to radio stations of ground units, equipment that provides information exchange with aviation, will also be updated.
Also by the end of the year, the upgrade of the Russian military base "201" in Tajikistan will be completed. The base is scheduled to completely upgrade its communications fleet.
