Wednesday, 20 October 2021 (YJC)_ The representative of the Zionist regime in the UN in a meeting in the Security Council made claims against Iran's nuclear program and its role in the region.

Zionist regime: We will do whatever is necessary to stop the progress of Iran's nuclear programAccording to the Zionist Jerusalem Post, Gilad Erdan, the Israeli ambassador to the United Nations, said in a meeting at the Security Council that he had made allegations against Iran:
While some members of the Security Council are still mired in anti-Israel sentiment, the main threat to global security is growing. Iran is moving towards its goal of becoming a country on the verge of nuclearization.

He claimed:
The Iranian government continues to openly violate its international obligations to enrich and store metallic uranium and to conduct advanced research and development, while blocking the International Atomic Energy Agency. Iran uses diplomatic negotiations to buy time to enrich uranium to near-nuclear weapons, while also acquiring the necessary nuclear knowledge, and this is never reversible.

Ardan also made allegations against Iran's role in the region, accusing Iran of spreading death, destruction and instability in the region, which he said seeks to spread Shiite hegemony throughout the Middle East and spread terrorism around the world.

He went on to make the following claims:
Let me be clear that Israel prefers a diplomatic solution, one that actually prevents Iran from becoming a country on the verge of nuclearization. However, Israel can not and will not allow Iran to become a country on the verge of nuclearization, given that it is witnessing a threat to its very existence from Iran. We will do whatever it takes to stop Iran's nuclear advance and counter the threat posed by its proxy army on our borders and beyond.
