Monday, 18 October 2021 (YJC)_ Turkmenistan Ambassador to Tehran announce that the 16th Iran-Turkmenistan Joint Economic Commission will be hold soon.
Ahmad Gurbanov said: The 16th joint economic commission of Iran and Turkmenistan will be hold in Tehran in the coming days.
He continued: The previous meeting of this commission was held about two years ago.
The senior Turkmen diplomat in Iran stated: The chairman of the Iran-Turkmenistan Joint Economic Commission is the Minister of Roads and Urban Development on behalf of Iran and the Minister of Foreign Affairs on behalf of Turkmenistan.
Ahmad Gurbanov also said that the ECO presidency would be transferred to Turkmenistan this year, adding that the ECO summit would be hold in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, in late November.
In this regard, he said: "All the presidents of the ECO member countries have been invited to participate in this meeting, and in this regard, Mr. Ra'isi has also been invited to attend the Ashgabat summit."
