Addressing the pilot graduates, the commander of the Army Air Force said:
You dear ones who have worn the uniform of service should pay more attention to the life and advice of the martyrs; By reviewing their wills, we find that "obedience to the leadership" is the most important will and emphasis of those dear ones, and we must pay special attention to these recommendations.
Brigadier General Amir stated:
We must study His Majesty's orders and put them into practice, and in this way we have no mission higher than fulfilling the expectations of the leadership.
