Wednesday, 13 October 2021 (YJC)_ Iraqi sources reported that a convoy carrying logistics equipment for US troops in the south of the country was targeted.
The Saberin News Telegram Channel reported this afternoon (Wednesday) that a US military logistics convoy was attacked in Basra province (southern Iraq).
According to the report, the convoy was targeted near the Jerishan border crossing, and no group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
Shafaq News quoted a security source as saying that a bomb had exploded in the caravan route.
No one was injured in the blast, the source said.
