Tuesday, 12 October 2021 (YJC)_ Following the recent remarks of Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah about the Palestinian martyr Nizar Banat, his family thanked Nasrallah for his position in a message.
Hezbollah Secretary General Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah addressed the Palestinian martyr Nizar Banat in a speech last night (Monday night).
He said:
I listened to his tapes and liked his thoughts on Palestine and the wars in the region ... I demand justice from the Palestinian Authority and his blood should not be wasted.
He was severely beaten in an attack by security forces on Nizar Banat's home, and his martyrdom was announced hours later.
Following Nasrallah's speech last night, Nizar Banat's family thanked Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah for his stand against the Palestinian martyr in a letter signed by his brother Ghassan Banat.
According to Al-Manar, Banat's family stressed in the letter that they would not bargain over the blood of Martyr Banat and that justice was the only way to punish the killers.
