Monday, 11 October 2021 (YJC)_ Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman referred to friendly ties between Iran and Azerbaijan and said the two countries are pursuing a logical path to their relations.
In a news conference on Monday, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh referred to friendly ties between Iran and Azerbaijan and said the two countries are pursuing a logical path to their relations.
“It is unnatural to disrupt relations between Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan as two countries have always pursued a logical path in their relations,” Khatibzadeh said.
He went on to say that “Iran has told its concerns to Azerbaijan, and, for their turn, they have also said they will address those concerns.”
Iranian FM spox also added that the country has never closed the airspace to Azerbaijan and the land route is also open between the two countries and added that “The two sides should not allow third parties to affect relations.”
