A car bomb had exploded at an Iraqi police recruiting center at Kisak, south of Adana.
According to Al-Jazeera, the car exploded in the path of a convoy of local officials and its casualties are still unknown. Some sources also wrote that the car of "Ahmad Lamels", the governor affiliated to the government of Mansour Hadi, and "Salem Al-Saqtari", the Minister of Agriculture, were the target of the explosion.
The governor of Aden and the resigned government minister of agriculture survived the blast, but two of their companions were injured, the Aden Time website reported.
Following the blast, Moin Abdul Mulk Saeed, the prime minister of the Riyadh-affiliated government in Yemen, ordered an investigation.
