According to the army's public relations, the text of Admiral Habibollah Sayari's message to Brigadier General Hossein Ashtari, commander of the police force, reads:

The following is the message of the Deputy Coordinator of the Army:
While honoring the great position of all the martyrs, especially the glorious martyrs in the field of order and security, I sincerely congratulate the arrival of the week of the police force to your Excellency and the steadfast staff of that military force. From God Almighty, I pray for the sincere service to the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran under the attention of Hazrat Vali-e-Asr and under the leadership of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Imam Khamenei.
