Babian IRGC political deputy said that the exercises of the army and the IRGC, apart from the annual mission of the armed forces, have a contingent aspect and have been carried out in response to some of the enemy's movements, depending on the circumstances:
Today, the country's defense and security authority has created deterrence for the regime beyond the country's borders.
In an interview with Mizan, Sardar Yadollah Javani, referring to the recent exercises in the northwestern region, said:
These exercises by the army and the IRGC, apart from the annual mission of the armed forces, have a contingency aspect and have been carried out in response to some enemy movements.
The political deputy of the IRGC emphasized:
The Armed Forces is ready to respond to any movement that disrupts the security of the country, especially in some borders of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and is very prepared in this regard.
Javani pointed out that the exercises of the Armed Forces by the proud army of the Islamic Republic and the brave men of the Revolutionary Guards have a deterrent effect, adding:
Today, the country's defense and security authority has created deterrence for the regime beyond the country's borders.
The political deputy of the IRGC stated that the exercises of the armed forces have different messages with internal and external aspects:
In this regard, the Armed Forces openly assure the great nation of Iran that the Armed Forces are well prepared to ensure national security and maintain internal security.
Sardar Javani continued:
These exercises also send a clear message to those who have a kind of fantasy and think that they can have a negative impact on the security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Recent exercises, especially in the northwestern region, were in this direction.
Emphasizing that the movements on the northwestern border to undermine Iran's security were childish, the IRGC political deputy added:
They wanted to affect security and national interests.
