Wednesday, 6 October 2021 (YJC)_ Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian left Moscow for Beirut.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, left the Russian capital for Beirut, the Lebanese capital, after traveling to Moscow and consulting with his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov.
During the visit, Amir Abdullahian will discuss bilateral relations and regional developments with Lebanese officials and personalities.
According to the schedule, the Foreign Minister will meet with his Lebanese President, Speaker, Prime Minister and counterpart.
Earlier, a spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed Amir Abdullahian's visit to Beirut over the weekend.
Saeed Khatibzadeh Rooz (Monday) in a weekly meeting with reporters about the visit of Amir Abdullahian to Beirut announced that this trip has two stops and added: the formation of the government in Lebanon was our long-standing desire to congratulate the Lebanese officials and people and of course consult for Bilateral relations will be established during this trip.
