Tuesday, 5 October 2021 (YJC)_ The Foreign Ministers of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Venezuela discussed the expansion of economic cooperation between the two countries.
In a telephone conversation with his Venezuelan counterpart Felix Plasencia, our Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian discussed the latest developments in bilateral relations and cooperation.
In this telephone conversation, the two sides stressed the need to pursue agreements and prepare a roadmap for bilateral relations, as well as finalize the details of economic cooperation projects during the upcoming visit of the Venezuelan Foreign Minister to Tehran, which will take place in the near future.
