Sunday,3 October 2021 (YJC)_ Iranian Supreme Leader highlighted the fact that the country’s armed forces have established a strong defense shield against possible threats.
In his remark during the joint graduation ceremony for cadets of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Armed Forces Academies at Imam Hossein (PBUH) University on Sunday morning Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Armed Forces and Supreme Leader of the country, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei underlined that the country’s armed forces have established a strong defense shield against possible threats.
Ayatollah Khamenie attended the ceremony through videoconference. The ceremony was held with only a number of the units from the Iran’s Army, IRGC and Police in attendance due to the coronavirus pandemic.
During the Ceremony Iranian Supreme Leader said “Now our armed forces are like a strong shield of the country against any possible threats. Iran's Armed Forces including the Army, the IRGC, the police, the Basij are like a strong wall against any kind of threats, be it external or internal.”
“The fundamental infrastructure for all activities and progress is the security of our country, therefore, this is a great honor for a country to be able to provide its own security with its own capable and powerful forces,” Iranian supreme leader added.
He finally pointed out that the presence of foreign armies in our own region is destructive while adding “Make independent countries and armies is a must for every country We should be only dependent on nations and converge with other neighboring and regional armies.”
