Saturday,2 October 2021 (YJC)_ The Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army stressed that the message of the Khyber conquerors' exercise to the friendly and neighboring countries of peace and friendship will be a strong response to the enemies of the regime.
Brigadier General Farhad Arianfar said on the sidelines of the "Khyber Conquerors" exercise in the northwestern region of the country:
The purpose of holding this exercise is to show the readiness of the army ground forces to protect the borders of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the army ground forces are ready and sufficient to respond quickly and in proportion to any threat.
He added:
The units operating in the training area, by achieving educational, intelligence and operational goals, showed that they are ready to defend the national security and the borders of the Islamic Republic of Iran at any moment.
The Deputy Chief of Operations of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran said:
The message of this exercise will be a peaceful response to the friendly and neighboring countries of peace and friendship and to the enemies.
Brigadier General Amir Arianfar added:
The Islamic Republic of Iran has always wanted to maintain peace and security in the region.
