Iran, Italy sign MoU in football

Tehran, YJC. The Iranian and Italian football federations signed an MoU in the Iranian Football Academy on Sunday noon.

Mehre news agency reports by citing the Iranian Football Federation website that the President of Lega Nazionale Dilettanti Carlo Tavecchio visited the Iranian football academy in Tehran and following a meeting with Iranian football officials, signed a memorandum of cooperation between the two organizations.

The Italian official presented two Iranian football officials Ali Kafashian and Mohammad Nabi with memorial plaques, the official of Lega Nazionale Dilettanti insignia, and shirts belonging to Gianluigi Buffon and Andrea Pirlo.

The head of the Iranian Football Federation in turn presented his Italian counterpart with the Iranian national team jersey under the name of the head of the Italian football federation.
