According to the website of Al-Jazeera, Borrell, who went to Qatar, said today (Thursday) with Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani about the talks to revive the Iran nuclear deal in Vienna: As a mediator, I expect the Iran nuclear talks to resume soon.
He stressed the need for all parties to return to Vienna for the seventh round of talks, saying: We know that Iran is ready to return to negotiations on a nuclear deal, but we hope that this will happen as soon as possible.
According to the report, the EU foreign policy chief also added: We will continue to work together to resume talks in Vienna on an Iran nuclear deal.
