Yemeni Armed Forces spokesman Yahya Sarei announced today (Monday) the downing of a US Scan Eagle reconnaissance drone in Ma'rib.
He wrote on Twitter that the drone was targeted with a suitable weapon while carrying out hostile actions in the "airtime" airspace in Marib.
The Eagle Scan is an Incito drone currently valued at $ 11.25 million.
According to the Al-Alam Al-Harbi Information Center of the Yemeni branch, the speed of this American drone reaches 90 kilometers per hour and its length is 1.4 meters.
