A former spokesman for the Afghan Interior Ministry announced the escape of two former Afghan officials with large sums of money.
Tariq Arian, a former spokesman for the Afghan Interior Ministry, tweeted:
During Ashraf Ghani's tenure, the ministry's two ministers stole millions of Afghans and stripped them of their travels.
He, who lives outside Afghanistan, said goodbye to his constant cooperation with the Afghan government on Twitter a few weeks before the fall of Kabul.
Arian further wrote:
It is heartbreaking that two senior security officials are persecuting their soldiers for millions of afghanis.
He added in his tweet:
Mr. Abdul Sattar Mirzkwal, the last Minister of Interior at the time of the Republic, stole the money to help the same soldiers on the recent day, which amounted to 7 million Afghanis.
Barin continued:
Hayatullah Hayat has already taken 13 million dollars with him at the end of his mission, and stealing a soldier's salary is unforgivable.
