Wednesday, 22 September 2021 (YJC)_ During a meeting with the Foreign Minister of Luxembourg, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran criticized the non-compliance of the three European countries with the obligations of the JCPOA, referring to the violation of the JCPOA by the United States.

During the meeting, the Iranian Foreign Minister praised Luxembourg's efforts to improve relations and said that he had special respect for them.

During the meeting, Amir Abdullahian emphasized the new balanced foreign policy and the readiness of the new government to review relations with the European Union, emphasizing the promotion of these relations based on mutual respect and interests.

He said:
Iran has been fulfilling all its obligations under the JCPOA for years, but the other parties have distanced themselves from fulfilling their obligations in various ways. The United States has committed a wide-ranging and complete breach, and the European troika has become inactive and indifferent to its obligations, as well as Iran's committed interests under the JCPOA.
