"A flight with more than 230 Afghan, American and other passengers left Kabul airport for Doha, Qatar and landed," Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesman Lulu al-Khater tweeted, according to Axius News.
A Qatari official told Reuters that there were 236 passengers on the Qatar Airways plane, the largest departure since the US-led full evacuation of Afghanistan on August 31 this year.
This is the fourth departure of Qatari airlines from Afghanistan during the Taliban rule in the country, which captured Kabul on August 15 this year.
