The correspondent of Al-Mayadin news network reported a moment ago that the second tanker carrying fuel sent by Iran crossed the Syrian border and was moving towards Lebanon.
Lebanon has seen a worsening economic situation, including severe fuel shortages, as a result of US sanctions over the past year and a half.
Lebanon's Hezbollah has bought fuel from Iran to help ease pressure on the Lebanese people. Iranian fuel tankers have been moving to different parts of Lebanon since yesterday (Thursday).
