North Korea on Friday accused the United States of taking a dual stance on the Korean Peninsula, calling its hypocrisy an obstacle to the progress of nuclear talks.
According to the website of France 24, the official North Korean news agency (KCNA) in a report, condemned the dual behavior of the United States in protesting Pyongyang's missile tests and defending South Korea's missile test.
