Ahmad al-Mudallal, a senior official in the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, stressed that the arrival of a convoy of Iranian-fuel ships to Lebanon was a victory for the entire resistance front.

The arrival of Iranian fuel in Lebanon proved that US sanctions did not affect either the Lebanese resistance or the Islamic Republic of Iran, and that Iran and the resistance took their course to alleviate the suffering of the Lebanese people.
The official of Islamic Jihad called the threats of the Zionist regime against sending a ship carrying Iranian fuel to Lebanon absurd and useless and said:
Israel's weak coalition cabinet will never be able to influence the growing axis of resistance.
He emphasized:
Iran also dared to send a ship to Lebanon, showing that Israel could not do anything, especially since Hezbollah Secretary General Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah had warned of any attack on the Iranian ship.
