Former US Director of National Intelligence called President Joe Biden "the greatest short-term national security threat" and said the US government was literally wrong about Iran, China, Russia and across West Asia.
According to the Brit Bart website, John Ratcliffe, the former director of the US National Intelligence Service, said that the case of Afghanistan has caused the deepest damage to the United States and its effects will last for decades.
He said in this regard:
Joe Biden has clearly damaged US national security, and its effects extend far beyond Afghanistan in many ways, because it is not clear what individuals and groups are created not only there, but around the world, and we do not know the consequences.
He added:
As director of national intelligence, I used to call China "the number one security threat" in a report, but today I say that I think the biggest threat to our national security, at least in the short term, is Joe Biden and our national security apparatus. The US government has literally been wrong about China, Russia, Iran and now the whole Middle East for eight months in a row.
