Friday, 10 September 2021 (YJC)_ Iranian Foreign Minister considers US and its devastating war responsible for the pains and sufferings of the country's people.
In a meeting with his Qatari counterpart Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani in Tehran, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian considers US and its devastating war responsible for the pains and sufferings of the country's people.
“The US is responsible for the suffering of the Afghan people, and the current situation can reach stability only by forming an inclusive government with the participation of all Afghan groups,” Amir-Abdollahian said.
During the meeting regional issues, Iran’s views on the need to strengthen the dialogue in the region, and importance of the bilateral issues were discussed.
Two top diplomats also negotiate on the enhancement of trade relations between the two countries, accelerating the issuance of trade visas and facilitating the traffic of traders and the private sector activists, holding a joint commission for cooperation between the two countries in the near future and the cooperation of the Islamic Republic of Iran with Qatar in the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Al-Thani arrived in Tehran on Thursday morning at the head of a delegation. He is also scheduled to meet with other high-ranking Iranian officials.
