Following the news of the fall of Panjshir to the Taliban, Ahmad Massoud, the commander of the Resistance Front, said in response that he would not give up on legitimate demands, would not get tired and would not be afraid of any threat.
He wrote in a statement on his official Facebook page: The struggle, whether like Panjshir, which has stood firm so far, or like our zealous Herati sisters who bravely raised the cry for justice, shows that people do not give up their demands for their rights and do not get tired of fighting for their rights and are not afraid of any threat.
Massoud continued: Defeat only happens when you give up the fight for your rights and you get tired and our people will never get tired of trusting in God and we will move forward to build a prosperous, free and independent Afghanistan.
