Friday, 3 September 2021 (YJC)_ The Minister of Foreign Affairs condoles the death of General Firoozabadi.
While condoling the death of Major General Firoozabadi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of our country said: "The record of his diligent cooperation in interaction and communication with the diplomatic apparatus to defend and protect the interests and national security of Islamic Iran will always remain in the memory of all sympathizers and servants of Islamic Iran."
"Hossein Amir-Abdollahian" expressed his condolences on the death of Basij fighter, Major General Dr. Seyed Hassan Firoozabadi.

The death of Basij fighter Sardar Major General Dr. Seyed Hassan Firoozabadi, High Adviser to the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces and former Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and a member of the Expediency Council, caused a deep impression on me and my colleagues at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
His sincere efforts in eight years of holy defense and his sincere services in serious responsibilities, especially for many years as head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran to protect the holy system of the Islamic Republic and our homeland and our people and records of his diligent cooperation Diplomacy for the defense and protection of the national interests and security of Islamic Iran will always remain in the memory of all sympathizers and servants of Islamic Iran.
I offer my condolences on the loss of the late General Firoozabadi to the Supreme Leader and Commander-in-Chief of Imam Khamenei, his family and all his comrades and allies of the Basij and the martyrs of the years of holy defense. And I consider it a matter of being close to his fellow martyrs and the martyrs of Karbala.
