Hebrew sources reported Thursday evening that Tel Aviv has appointed its first ambassador to Manama since normalizing relations with Bahrain last year.
"Khaled Youssef al-Jalahma," Bahrain's first ambassador to the occupied territories, arrived in Tel Aviv this week to carry out his mission, Ma'a news agency reported, citing Hebrew-language sources.
Tel Aviv has appointed Ethan Naieh, the interim head of the Zionist regime's diplomatic mission in the UAE, as its new ambassador to Bahrain.
Ethan Naieh has previously served as Assistant Director of the Israeli Foreign Ministry, Head of the Cypriot Office and Special Adviser on Turkey and Greece.
