Wednesday, 1 September 2021 (YJC)_ For the first time, US and Israeli forces held a joint naval exercise in the Red Sea with the aim of improving security and maintaining maritime trade routes.
The Israeli army wrote today (Wednesday) in a statement on its Twitter page:
For the first time, the Navy (Zionist regime) held an exercise with the US Fifth Fleet yesterday, and training in defense, rescue and other scenarios was carried out in this exercise.
The statement added:
This exercise is the starting point for joint work between our Navy and the US Fifth Fleet, and the cooperation of these fleets was held with the aim of increasing security and maintaining trade-maritime routes for regional stability.
