The official Syrian News Agency (SANA) reported that a US base was hit by a missile on Tuesday evening at the Koniko gas field on the eastern outskirts of Deir ez-Zor.
The agency reported that the US occupation base at the Koniko gas field in the eastern suburbs was targeted with two missiles, and it has not yet been confirmed whether the attack resulted in casualties.
SANA also reported that US forces immediately closed the area and parallel US planes flew over the area.
