Local Palestinian sources reported Sunday morning that Israeli warplanes had attacked targets in the center of the Gaza Strip.
Palestinian "Shahab" news agency quoted its correspondent as saying: "Israeli drones targeted Salah al-Din's site in the Gaza Strip."
The Zionist regime media also wrote that the attack on the Gaza Strip was carried out in response to the Palestinian demonstrations on the border of this region with the Zionist settlements.
The Israeli army radio reported that the army bombed targets in the area in response to recent fires caused by incendiary balloons fired from the Gaza Strip.
Israeli fighter jets repeatedly attacked a Palestinian resistance post east of Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip, Shahab news agency reported.
