In a message, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov congratulated Hossein Amir-Abdollahian on his appointment as Iranian Foreign Minister.
In his message, the Russian Foreign Minister also stressed the need for close joint cooperation with the aim of increasing the interaction of our countries in favor of the two friendly nations in order to strengthen international cooperation, peace and security.
