Honorable brother of Admiral Amir Shahram Irani
The greatest asset of a commander in the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the good faith of the Supreme Leader and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces in the efficiency, competence and capability of that commander. This trust in entrusting the strategic navy of the Islamic Revolutionary Army of Iran to your Excellency is undoubtedly a sign of your merit and brilliant record in the military and the protection of the sublime values of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.
On behalf of all my comrades in the army, I congratulate you on your appointment as Commander of the Navy of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran and wish you increasing success in protecting the honor, dignity and pride of Islamic Iran, under the care of Hazrat Vali-e-Asr. And I ask the Almighty God to carry out the orders of the Commander-in-Chief of the forces of the dear Imam Khamenei.
