Emphasizing the need to combat all forms of such inhumane and terrorist acts, Saeed Khatibzadeh called for the cooperation of all countries in the region to continue to fight the perpetrators, organizers, supporters and sponsors of such acts.

A bomb blast near the eastern Pakistani province of Punjab has killed at least three people and injured at least 50 others during a Shi'ite mourning ceremony.

Pakistani media reported that 25 Hosseini mourners were injured at the beginning of the terrorist attack in the city of Bahawal Negar in Punjab province.

Hospital sources also said that some of the injured were in critical condition and that the death toll was likely to rise.

Yesterday's blast, which has killed three people and injured 50, has been met with a wave of condemnation from Pakistani officials and religious leaders.
