Tehran, YJC. Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in his firth press conference cast live on TV announced the 11th administration’s achievements so far.

Rouhani who was speaking on Monday evening said "Signs suggesting that we were leaving downturn behind appeared last winter. Oil, tourism, and industry improved greatly.”

"Since the beginning of the administration’s office we faced stagflation, to deal with which is not an easy job,” he asserted, adding "All the government has done, has come after consultations with experts.”

He then pointed to his administration’s foreign policy programs and said that the eleventh administration is bound to its promise to keep in construction cooperation with the world.

In the first 6 months of this year we imported worth $26 billion of goods as well as $23 billion export, the president said.

Providing comments on the country’s nuclear program he stated "Anyway, we will find a solution to the nuclear subject and we believe that the two sides will certainly reach a win-win agreement.”.

Iran and the six powers are in talks to work out a final agreement aimed at ending the longstanding dispute over Tehran’s civilian nuclear energy program.

World countries have accepted that Iran should have access to nuclear technology and that this issue should be resolved through negotiations, the president said.

He voiced optimism about reaching a comprehensive agreement before the November 24th deadline, saying "good steps” had been taken to resolve the issue.
