Thursday, 19 August 2021 (YJC)_ Iraqi fighter jets carry out airstrikes on ISIS hideouts.
Iraqi state security media reported airstrikes on ISIS hideouts in the north.
A press release issued states:
Under the supervision and planning of the Iraqi Joint Operations Commander and based on accurate and field intelligence data, Iraqi F-16 fighter jets carried out airstrikes in the Hamrin Mountains within the borders of the joint Kirkuk-Salah al-Din operation.
The attack targeted two bases of ISIL terrorist groups and completely destroyed them.
