Tuesday, 17 August 2021 (YJC)_ Leader of the Islamic Revolution appointed the new commander of Army's Navy.
In his decrees on Tuesday, the leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei appointed Rear Admiral Shahram Irani as the new commander of Army's Navy.
“The appointments were made in view of the commander's commitment and valuable work experience and suggestion of the Commander-in-Chief of the Army,” the supreme leader said.
Ayatollah Khamenei also appreciated Rear Admiral Hossein Khanzadi's efforts as the previous Army's Navy commander.
