Wednesday, 11 August 2021 (YJC)_ The Hezbollah deputy secretary general said the movement does not want war but responds to aggression, and that is what happened in recent days.
The United States cannot be a "source of justice" and is the solution to the resistance and struggle against the Israeli regime, Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General Naim Qassem said in a speech to Muharram ceremony on Tuesday night.
According to Al-Ahd, Qasim added that Hezbollah does not want a war, but will respond if Israel invades Lebanon, which is what happened in recent days.
"If the Israeli enemy could not be answered, he would continue to aggress against us," he said.
Sheikh Qassem added that it is the Zionist regime that has violated the sovereignty of Lebanon and that no one but the children of Lebanon is protecting Lebanon.
