Friday, 6 August 2021 (YJC)_ Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps warned enemies and noted that Iran's response will be harsh to them.
In his remarks during an inspection of IRGC units in Southern Iran Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Major General Hossein Salami warned enemies and noted that Iran's response will be harsh to them.
Referring to Israel’s latest rants against Iran which was followed by the regime and its allies claim about Iran saying that Tehran was behind a reported attack on Tel Aviv-managed tanker Mercer Street in the Sea of Oman and said “The enemies who these days, have been taking the language of threats about the Iran’s establishment, particularly the Zionist regime, must develop an understanding of the realities about Iran’s and the IRGC’s defense and offense power.”
He went on to warn them that “No action by any enemy, anywhere, and on any scale would be tolerated as we will react harshly and firmly to them.”
“Iran’s missile, naval and drone units are presently at an unprecedented level of preparedness for any scenario,” he said while adding that “Our enemies must know that the era is over for them to be able to threaten our interests or forces somewhere but face no reaction.”
Tensions have simmered in the region after a suspected drone attack last week on an Israeli-managed tanker off the Omani coast killed two crew members and was blamed on Iran by the US, Israel and Britain, without any evidence.
Iran repeatedly denied any involvement in the attack.
