Wednesday,28 July 2021 (YJC)_ Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps said due to Iran’s might and power military option has been excluded from enemies’ policies.
Addressing a meeting in the Western province of Kermanshah, Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Major General Hossein Salami said due to Iran’s might and power military option has been excluded from enemies’ policies.
“Despite all of their plots, the enemies of the Iranian nation have found out today issuing military threats against us is useless,” he said while adding that “Such an option does not bring them their expected outcome.”
He went on to add that “Today, they became aware that they would get the opposite result and end up regretting, if they resorted to military action against Iran.”
He then pinpointed the fact that “Military warfare does no longer rank among the enemy’s choices. They even stopped short of conquering the battlefield through their proxies, including Takfiri terrorists.”
He then went on to refer to the US sanctions against Iran and said “The enemy have armed themselves with the entirety of the instruments that they have at their disposal but as they are despaired of the military actions, they take the country’s economy as their goal and imposed sanctions.”
“We have blocked the enemies’ path and their calculations aimed at sowing sedition among the nation will get nowhere,” Salami said while adding that “They have been defeated in all of these dreams, the more they try, the more frustration they would experience in their efforts to target the Islamic Republic.”
