Spanish police have arrested a 22-year-old British citizen for hacking Twitter in July 2020. He is accused of hacking the profiles of famous politicians and artists.
The US Department of Justice has announced that this Englishman is named Joseph James O'Connor has other violations, including attempting to hack into computers to steal several accounts in TickTalk and SnapChat. Other offenses include harassing a 16-year-old teenager in cyberspace.
He also had an accomplice during the hacking of celebrities' Twitter accounts, 18-year-old Graham Ivan Clark. He was arrested in Northern California. He is scheduled to spend three years in a juvenile delinquent prison.
During the hacking attack on Twitter in July 2020, the accounts of celebrities such as Joe Biden, Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, Barack Obama, Kim Kardashian, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Benjamin Netanyahu, Jeff Bezos, Michael Bloomberg, etc. were hacked. The hackers tried to use the money to hack and collect digital currency by publishing content in the hacked user accounts.
